If you are interested in renting the cottage, please download and fill out the attached short QUESTIONNAIRE (word document) and send it back to us info@cottagevillasoleil.com along with your rent deposit. (deposit of $500.00 is required to book the rental period.)

Please indicate the weeks that you would like to book. 
For available weeks please go to the Booking Calendar on the Welcome page.

       Instructions:

1. Click on Questionnaire to download it
2. When prompted, choose to save (save in a folder that you will remember)
3. Open the file in Microsoft Word
4. Fill out the questionnaire and save it again
5. Print it or send it to our email as an attachment. (deposit of $500.00 is required to book the rental period.)
