Villa Soleil is situated on Clear lake, approximately 30 km east of Bracebridge, Villa Soleil is situated in Muskoka, Ontario. The cottage is on small lake with exceptionally clear water, ideal for swimming, boating, and relaxing. Villa Soleil is also walking distance from another lake, Little Leach Lake, which is an excellent hidden spot for bass fishing. Our large wooden cottage is the perfect environment to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing vacation away from the noise and commotion of the city.

The all-pine interior is artistically contrasted with bright colours for a warm and inviting anbience. The cottage is a unique cultural mix of Scandinavian-style furniture and South American flavour. The cottage is fully equipped with all major appliances as well as some luxury amenities such as a sauna, satellite TV, a gas barbeque, just to name a few, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The large family room is ideal for family gatherings, or for relaxing in a soft hammock, or comfy couch to watch TV or enjoy the scenery. The cottage is reinforced with a standby generator that automatically takes over for your comfort and convenience in the event of a power outage.

The cottage is on the edge of a 280 ft lake shoreline, surrounded by crown land on one side and plentiful forest on the other. There is a private sandy beach and shallow water for kids, a floating raft for diving, a brand new gazebo and boardwalk that are equipped with lights. The gazebo adds a fridge and telephone. We strive to make Villa Soleil a comfortable and unforgettable experience away from the ordinary.

Muskoka cottage to rent

Clear Lake

Clear lake is our main attraction, because it is clean, clear, peaceful and beautiful. We have a private, sandy, shallow beach suitable for kids.

We also have a floating raft for diving, row boat, kayak, canoe, paddle boards and life jackets.

Water Supply

The cottage has a 600 ft deep drilled well. The water is clean, fresh and good quality.

 

Pets

One pet on approval – An extra $100.00 cleaning charge applies.

 

Rates

  • The cottage can be rented for a minimum of one week.
  • Price $2,500 per week.
  • $4,900 for two weeks.
  • June week $2,400
  • A cleaning charge of $150 is applied to every rental period. An extra $100 cleaning charge applies if you have a pet.
  • A deposit of $ 1000 is required for each week of rental period booking.
  • We supply pillows and blankets for each bed, but you must bring your own bed linen and towels. If you are coming from abroad, we can make an exception and provide you with the bed linen and towels at an extra cost to be discussed individually.
  • Rental price does include gas for the BBQ.
  • The renter is responsible for the consumption of electricity during the stay at the cottage. All details will be provided when the rental agreement letter is signed.
  • The renter is also responsible for all damages to the rental property.
  • If you decide to move some furniture during your stay at the cottage, make sure to return it to its original location at the end of your rental, otherwise there will be additional charge of $200.
  • Any disruptive behavior and illegal activities constitute grounds for terminating the agreement.
